Okay so I’m not great at coming up with good titles, it’s one of many reasons why I create videos instead of writing, but anyways, let’s talk about stuff.
On Destiny 2…
My latest Destiny 2 weapon review video is now available on YouTube, and this time it’s about the energy auto rifle: “Null Calamity 9” (NC9). See video below:
Null Calamity 9 – a PVE-oriented gun with PVP potential.
Currently I’m working on getting the “West of Sunfall 7” – an interesting hand cannon from the same weapon set as NC9. I still have a few Mercury weapons to gather before I can claim the Sagira Ghost Shell. When it comes to RNG I’m still straight out of luck.
Last week was a bit of a disaster on Destiny 2, to say the least. With connection issues (which in fairness wasn’t Bungie’s fault) in the UK I lost about 2 nights worth of playtime, so I only managed to complete a few milestones. I also had to give the Raid Lair a miss, which was a real shame considering my clan was eager to give Argos a run for its money.

On a serious note, Bungie (and indirectly PSN) needs to keep up with the damage control. The last thing they need now is unexpected downtime that can cause more people (including loyal D1 players) to leave.
This week, Iron Banner event will be making a return with some new weapons, and new ornaments, we’ll have to see how that goes. I know I’ll be playing a bit, even though I’m not a good PVP-er.
If you see me online – don’t be a stranger, come say hi 🙂
Blog Update and YouTube Stuff
At last, I’ve decided to open the blog up to public. Well, it’s always been public, but that’s not the point. Now the blog will be visible to more search engines, and now it comes with a proper domain name, it feels good.
Aside from the blog, I’m monitoring my YouTube channel to find out what videos are doing well – oddly you guys seem to like my weapon review video for the Purpose scout rifle (thank you btw), I’ll keep that in mind for my next video.
The Room – Old Sins
So TR-OS has finally arrived, and it didn’t take long before that game ended up on my phone, and it took even less time for me to fall in love with it.
If you like solving puzzles, and you haven’t heard of “The Room” series before, check out Fireproof Games website. So far there are 4 games under the series, and they are all brilliant.
In essence the game requires the player to solve a series of logical (and sometimes illogical) puzzles in order to progress the storyline. A puzzle can be an entire room, or an elaborate contraption, and your objective is to unlock everything.
Without spoilers, all I can say is that the game is extremely well made, I love the attention to details, I love the intricacy of the mechanics, and sometimes even when the answer is illogical, I’d still kick myself thinking “that totally makes sense, DUH.”.
So yeah, I just finished this game, and I’d happily give it a 10/10. If you haven’t played it yet, give the first one (in the series) a try, I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I did.
You guys stay classy.
